Set up CNC milling machines according to job specifications, including loading tools and fixtures.
Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc.
Install cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures onto CNC machines.
Adjust tools and machines as needed for proper operations.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Accurately record setup procedures, tool changes, and production data.
Check machined parts with precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, pin and slip gauges) to ensure they meet specifications
Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to improve production and quality.
Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to keep them working properly.
Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized
Document setup procedures, tool changes, and production data accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in setting up and operating Brother CNC milling machines.
Knowledge of CNC programming and operating procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and machining instructions.
Knowledge of tooling and fixtures used in CNC milling operations.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle tools and stand for long periods.
Certificate or diploma in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
