Assistant Engineer - IOT

Role & responsibilities > Install, configure, and test IoT gateways and devices > Inspect on-site IoT systems to ensure proper operation > Troubleshoot device, network, and connectivity issues > Collaborate with teams to deploy customized IoT solutions > Perform firmware and software updates on IoT devices > Provide training and technical support to end-users > Monitor and analyze IoT data for system performance > Work with PLC software, Modscan RT, TCP/IP, and CAN analyzers > Manage and protect credentials for IoT web portals > Interpret control system drawings and understand IoT app interfaces Preferred candidate profile Skills & Requirements: * Practical experience with IoT system installation and maintenance * Strong understanding of industrial protocols and diagnostic tools * Effective problem-solving and technical support skills * Familiarity with networking concepts and remote device handling
