Assistant Engineer - Dispatch

POSITION SUMMARY

Should have to goods Knowledge to warehouse's daily operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, managing inventory, leading a warehouse staff, and ensuring safety protocols

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incoming goods for accuracy and damage, sorting, labeling, and properly storing inventory. Accurately picking products from inventory and preparing orders for shipment.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and audits, using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, and resolving discrepancies.
• Co-ordinating with CSD for customer centric dispatches to meet customer requirements on time and also maintain dispatch report
• Co-ordinate for OSM material dispatch and receipt with QC adherence Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all company safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting safety concerns and maintain 5S in dispatch area
• Team Collaboration, working effectively with other team members and supervisors to complete tasks, communicate about order status, and achieve production goals.
• Working with packing team, performs a range of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, and may assist with equipment operation.
• Ensure all dispatches meet quality assurance and safety requirements with the quality control department for inspection clearance before dispatch with
• Comply with company-specific dispatch and packing policies. Inventory Clerk, Responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting audits, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced candidate from a manufacturing setup with hands-on experience in stores handling outbound / finished goods dispatch to customers.
