Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure timely approval of export sales orders through CSR.
Ensure timely online inspection, FG (Finished Goods) inspection, and dispatch inspection as per shift schedule.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and update daily work reports in Excel.
Complete SAP clearance and prepare COA using the SAP system.
Record FG inspection details, update, and maintain related documents.
Report any abnormalities found on the shop floor to the Quality department immediately.
Maintain 5S standards, upload Kaizen and Poka-yoke initiatives, and report safety near-misses as per unit targets.
Ensure the production line starts with all required packaging materials.
Update work status daily on the DWM board (L2 & L3 boards).
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned
