This profile would be for the in-house 24/7 Customer Engagement Centre (Online & Offline). This resource would be in the capacity of an Asst. Executive or Executive for the Engagement Centre. This person would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre. It will be this profiles highest priority to handle the Queries posted on our channels (offline & online) based on the set guidelines and reduce the turnaround time for each passenger query. This person would be responsible for resolving any redressal and resolution at their end and, if required, then exercise the escalation matrix defined towards passenger redressal or resolution. This person would be responsible for the language and communication of all the engagement centre channels. This person would be responsible for the successful functioning of the Engagement Centre.
