Job Description

As an Employee Experience and Relationship Assistant Manager at JLL, your role involves managing all aspects of collecting and preparing reports, handling application-based Process Management & Data Analytics, and being equipped to learn new tech innovations in the contemporary transport operations. You will need to have a deep knowledge of advanced Excel & Analytics, excellent communication skills in English, understanding of Transport Management Systems, and the ability to handle large teams with excellent man management skills. Additionally, you should be well versed with automation tools, have hands-on knowledge of digital assistants, and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment with various shifts and travel in NCR. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deep knowledge of advance Excel & Analytics - Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written - Understanding of Transport Management Systems and applications in the transport domain - Handling large teams with excellent man management skills - Execution of MIS operations - Well versed with automation tools - Hands-on knowledge of Digital assistants - Ability to interact with project leads for conflict resolution, presentations, vendor management, etc. To qualify for this role, you need to have a Bachelor's Degree or MBA with industry experience in Employee Logistics, Travels & Hospitality. You should have 4 or more years of experience in Employee Logistics, Travels & Hospitality related roles such as Data Analysis and Governance. Technical skills required include proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with exposure to programming languages like SQL and tools like Excel.
