Qualification Required

• Minimum

  Bachelors Degree

  with

  at least 70% marks

• Distance education degrees are not accepted

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of documentation and CRM systems preferred

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Education Counsellor will be responsible for supporting the counselling and operations team by handling documentation, CRM updates, and client coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Optimising and organising client documents as per ins regularly

1. Drafting client service agreements and other related documents and sending them to clients for

   digital signature

2. Properly storing client documents in the

   relevant folders

   as per company guidelines
3. Optimising and organizing client documents as per instructions provided
4. Filling application forms accurately and sending them to clients for

   review and signature

5. Updating

   Operational CRM, Sales CRM, and Accounts CRM

   on a regular basis
6. Purchasing

   health cover policies

   for clients and updating the records accordingly
7. Submitting

   monthly reports to management

   regarding health insurance policies
8. Coordinating with the

   accounts team

   to tally health policies and ensure all data is entered correctly
9. Maintaining a high level of

   professionalism

   and demonstrating a

   keen willingness to learn
