Role & responsibilities

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that client issues are accurately defined and resolved through a deep understanding of the products and services offered. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain the high standards expected in our operations.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with customer relationship management tools
