As Assistant Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be a key player in optimizing our online presence and enhancing the customer journey. You'll work across various critical functions, ensuring our products are accurately represented, orders are fulfilled seamlessly, and customers receive exceptional support. Responsibilities Product & Inventory: Manage listings, descriptions, and images; ensure stock accuracy. Order Management: Process orders, coordinate logistics, and handle returns. Customer Support: Provide excellent pre/post-purchase assistance. Photoshoot Support: Coordinate with the team to do photoshoots for the brands, and do in-house shoots to create effective content for the brand Reporting: Track data; assist with marketing campaigns and monthly social media reports Site Quality: Conduct checks; and suggest improvements. Growth: Stay updated on e-commerce trends; drive problem-solving. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or a similar role. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, magneto, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and a problem-solver. Good in photography or video creations Bachelor's degree preferred.
