Job Description

Preparation & updating SOP/SMP for various activities to improve work quality
Troubleshooting of Defects, Data & Failure Analysis
Implementation of RCFA recommendations and improvement projects
Maintaining equipment history, preparation of shutdown reports
Data compilation & Providing Inputs for Monthly reports & presentations
Preparation of BOM, BOQ and identification & codification of required spares
Knowledge in SAP on PM & MM Modules (raising PR, SRN, checking materials, notifications etc.,)
Preparation of Scope of work for required Services, AMC
Capex proposals & implementation of activities
Material/Services planning and coordination with commercial, Vendors to get them at site
Review and control of spares consumption/procurement/inventory & expenditure
Preparation & updating of HIRA, BHM and other procedures as per Apex Safety Committee
Carrying out Electrical Safety Audits and rectification of defects/abnormalities
Achieving 100 % safety and zero incidents by doing JSA, tool box talks
Compliance towards plant electrical safety requirements
Involve in various drives taken by management such as 5S,TQM, BCMS, ISO etc
