Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction

• Develop and communicate the overall creative vision for brand campaigns, digital assets, and marketing initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.

• Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

• Project Management

• Oversee multiple projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
• Introduce innovative ideas, tools, and approaches to elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency, media, or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
