About the Role

Assistant Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Assist in

  conceptualizing ad campaigns

  for e-commerce and personal brands.
• Review scripts and brainstorm stronger

  hooks, storylines, and frameworks

  .
• Collaborate with UGC creators, DOPs, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain

  creative consistency and aesthetic quality

  across projects.
• Support the Creative Director in

  shoot direction, script refinement, and creative reviews

  .
• Analyze

  top-performing ads

  and contribute to developing replicable ad frameworks.
• Eventually take ownership of smaller campaigns end-to-end.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in

  digital marketing, content strategy, or creative production

  .
• Deep understanding of

  UGC-style content, storytelling, and Meta ad trends

  .
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills.
• Sharp aesthetic sense and a bias for bold, high-performing ideas.
• 🎯 Bonus: Experience working on ads that actually converted into sales.

Compensation

INR 30,000 - 35,000 per month

• Performance-based bonuses

  linked to campaign outcomes.
