Job Description

You will be responsible for providing support to the co-founder of the company, handling emails, calls, and office communication in a professional manner, as well as managing personal work. Directly interacting with vendors, scheduling meetings, travel, and office operations efficiently are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will assist executives in managing client interactions and documentation while maintaining databases and organizing confidential files. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience as an assistant to a co-founder, particularly in the jewelry industry, is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The desired experience level for this position is 6 months to 1 year. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule includes evening, morning, and night shifts, with the possibility of a yearly bonus. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
