Assistant Consultant - Infra

Responsibilities and Duties:
â—� Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware efficiently. â—� Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. â—� Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows. â—� Handle hardware upgrades and installations for desktops and laptops, including RAM, storage, and peripheral devices. â—� Have a foundational understanding of laptop repair. â—� Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of devices to ensure timely support and cost-effective solutions. â—� Utilize Linux and Windows commands to support smooth system operations. â—� Stay updated with the latest hardware trends and technologies. â—� Be detail-oriented and solution-driven to maintain high system reliability. â—� Possess basic knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting.

Required Skills :
â—� Basic Knowledge of the OS installation (Ubuntu, Windows, MacOS), Hardware, Software, Troubleshooting networking (IP addresses, Network devices, Access Point, Firewall, etc.) â—� Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. â—� Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. â—� Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques for Hardware and Software problems. â—� Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
