Assistant Consultant - Infra

You will be responsible for setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices, checking computer hardware to ensure functionality, and managing assets. Additionally, you will fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade in-house servers, as well as maintain licenses and upgrade schedules. Ensuring network security and connectivity, monitoring network performance, and setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to resolve problems reported by end users and stay updated on computer engineering trends and new technologies. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in a hardware administrator position and possess hands-on experience in hardware engineering, networking, routing, and switching. Familiarity with firewalls (such as pfSense), Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. Your ability to set up and configure server hardware, along with strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, will be crucial. Understanding TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, and having hands-on experience with Linux commands will also be beneficial.
