Assistant Business Manager

The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring profitability. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and maintaining client relationships to achieve the organization’s overall business goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in business management or sales leadership roles. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
