Assistant Business Analyst

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Summary

The Assistant Business Analyst supports the Business Analysis and Strategy team by collecting data, generating insights, preparing reports, and assisting with business process improvements. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business data (sales, operations, finance).
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Support research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
• Assist in developing business models, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to document requirements and process flows.
• Help identify improvement opportunities in business operations.
• Support in presentations for internal meetings and reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (added advantage).
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work under guidance and manage small tasks independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
