Job Description

As the Branch Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to oversee the overall operations of the branch, encompassing sales and administrative functions. Your key focus will involve promoting motor and non-motor insurance products through various channels, with a particular emphasis on agency sales. Meeting and exceeding set targets and goals will be crucial to your role. Your role also includes supervising a team of Marketing Executives who are part of the on-roll staff. Effective communication and presentation skills are fundamental for this position, along with the ability to successfully build and manage teams. Analytical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong leadership qualities are also essential attributes to thrive in this role. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the General Insurance industry.
