Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) Sales Position Title : Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)- Sales Department : Sales Salary : 20,000 to 25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Male Candidates are only preferred. Role & responsibilities The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) Sales is responsible for driving the sales of Society Deposit products like Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Monthly Income Schemes (MIS) etc. In addition to promoting these deposit products, the ABM-Sales will also be tasked with recruiting and managing local agents working in segments such as LIC, Postal, and Insurance to pool in more customers and deposits for the society. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service skills, and effective team management to drive growth in deposits while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Sales & Agents Recruitment : Actively promote and sell Society Deposit products Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Monthly Income Schemes and more to customers in the Branch Permissible areas. Generate new business by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for deposit products, ensuring profitability and growth for the branch. Provide customers with detailed information on the benefits, and terms of various deposit products, tailoring solutions to meet their financial needs. Recruit and onboard local agents working in LIC, Postal, and Insurance segments to generate more customers and deposits for the society. Ensure agents are well-trained on the society's deposit products, sales processes, and compliance requirements. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to agents to help them succeed in meeting deposit acquisition goals. Foster strong relationships with agents, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the branch's sales objectives. 2 Customer Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to provide excellent service and ensure long-term retention. Address any customer concerns or queries related to deposit products, offering timely and effective solutions. Provide regular updates to customers on new deposit schemes, interest rates, and benefits. Ensure prompt and efficient service for customers, aiming for high satisfaction and repeat business. 3 Market Expansion & Awareness : Work with local agents and the branch team to increase the societys presence in the local market by promoting deposit products in various community channels. Organize and participate in local marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase product awareness. Conduct presentations and canopy activities on deposit schemes in local communities, targeting potential customers and agents. Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
