Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Haridwar & Haldwani

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably from the Education Sector)

Age Limit: Max 45 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations, drive student enrolments, and ensure the smooth execution of branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and counsel students for full-time educational programs.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Executives.
Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
Handle day-to-day branch operations independently.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions.
Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional events to generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
5–10 years of relevant experience (preferably in education or BFSI).
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Proven leadership and team management ability.
Must have own conveyance and good local area knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,343.00 - ₹29,765.00 per month
