Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Markacho. The Assistant will manage daily administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, document preparation, data organization, and customer support. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth workflows in the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience with document handling, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of office software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email tools)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • An adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
  • High school diploma or higher education is required
