(Mandatory)

Associate Professor
: Ph.D. in Marketing or related field is mandatory, with relevant teaching/research experience as per UGC norms
Strong communication skills with a student-centric and flexible approach
Demonstrated passion for teaching and academic development

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and academic sessions in Marketing at UG/PG levels
Develop and review curriculum and course content
Engage in lecture planning, preparation, and research activities
Guide students on projects, dissertations, and internships
Assess and evaluate student performance
Participate in academic governance, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives
Publish research papers and contribute to academic journals
Supervise Ph.D. students and support ongoing research initiatives
Write research proposals and secure funding for projects
Attend and speak at academic conferences and seminars
Support university events and other responsibilities as assigned
