Technical Lead

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Technical Training Head to lead our technical training initiatives under the DCPD .The ideal candidate will design, manage, and drive industry-oriented training programs focused on enhancing students technical competencies, employability, and placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical training team, including trainers for Python, Java, Data Structures, C ++ and emerging technologies.
• Design, implement, and continuously upgrade technical training modules based on industry trends and recruiter requirements.
• Collaborate with academic departments and placement cell to integrate technical skills with employability goals.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and mentor the technical training team to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Oversee mock interviews, hackathons, coding challenges, and other placement-readiness activities.
• Use analytics to track student performance, identify skill gaps, and align training accordingly.
• Ensure training programs support tier-1 company placement preparation, including product-based and multinational corporations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in software development and tech hiring practices.
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and Data Structures; familiarity with system design and algorithms
• Proven experience in leading training or L&D initiatives
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  

Strong understanding of campus placement processes and tech industry recruitment standards

Preferred Skills

• Experience with competitive programming platforms (e.g., LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank)
• Exposure to cloud technologies, AI/ML, DevOps, or full-stack development

Strong network with industry professionals, hiring partners, and tech mentors
