Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Region for an Assistant. The Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling, organizing and maintaining documents, and coordinating team activities. Additional responsibilities include supporting communication efforts, managing correspondence, assisting and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Ability to manage schedules, time, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability and ability to learn new processes and systems efficiently
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred, though not mandatory
