Position: Senior Accountant Location: Kharghar Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage full accounting cycle for the liquor distribution business, including day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, P&L, and balance sheets. Oversee excise accounting. Maintain stock registers and excise books. Ensure accuracy of challans, permits, and duty payments. File excise returns and reports on time. Handle GST and other statutory compliances (as applicable to the services). Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables . Supervise preparation of sales and purchase for submission to excise and management. Audit support: coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, excise inspectors, and regulatory bodies. Train junior accountants/executives in excise procedures and MS Excel reporting. Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic planning. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Accounting ; CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in accounting; at least 2–4 years in liquor/beverages/FMCG distribution with excise compliance . Strong knowledge of Excise Department processes and liquor industry regulations. Advanced skills in MS Excel (MIS dashboards and others) . High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Job Description: Distributor Sales Specialist(Junior) Position: Junior Distributor Sales Specialist (Liquor) Location: Kharghar Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage sales and distribution of liquor brands across assigned retail outlets (wine shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.). Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar owners, and wholesalers. Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products at outlets. Execute promotions, sampling, and brand activation campaigns. Collect orders, coordinate deliveries, and track receivables. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Maintain compliance with excise regulations and company policies.
