Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer as a Production Trainee. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program to learn the production processes, quality control, and operational best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand production processes, procedures, and policies

- Assist production team in achieving production targets and quality standards

- Participate in quality control activities, including inspections and audits

- Support troubleshooting and resolving production issues

- Develop skills in operating and maintaining production equipment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality

Requirements:

- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

- Strong academic record and willingness to learn

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
