About The Role...
As the Assistant Aquatic Manager, you will work closely with the Aquatic Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our swim school and aquatic programs. A qualified and experienced swim instructor and aquatic team leaderStrong leadership, communication, and people management skillsDemonstrated understanding of aquatic safety standards and best practicesHigh level of initiative and problem-solving abilityApproachable, professional, and team-orientedEssential Qualifications
Current SWIM Australia Teacher Certification or equivalentCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificateWorking with Children CheckPool Lifeguard Certification (preferred But Not Essential)
