About The Role...

As the Assistant Aquatic Manager, you will work closely with the Aquatic Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our swim school and aquatic programs. You’ll play a key role in leading staff, maintaining high standards of safety and customer service, and helping grow a positive and progressive aquatic culture.Key Responsibilities...Support the day-to-day operations of all aquatic programs and servicesAssist with staff supervision, rostering, and performance managementEnsure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and proceduresContribute to staff training, mentoring, and professional developmentLiaise with parents, customers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide supportAssist with event planning, program development, and business growth initiativesAct as a leader on-deck, setting a positive and professional example

About You...

A qualified and experienced swim instructor and aquatic team leaderStrong leadership, communication, and people management skillsDemonstrated understanding of aquatic safety standards and best practicesHigh level of initiative and problem-solving abilityApproachable, professional, and team-oriented

Essential Qualifications

Current SWIM Australia Teacher Certification or equivalentCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificateWorking with Children Check

Pool Lifeguard Certification (preferred But Not Essential)
