Job Description

As a Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve independently managing the accounting and compliance requirements of multiple companies within the group. You will be responsible for finalizing accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting across entities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management. - Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with accounting standards. - Handle accounts finalization and coordinate with auditors for the same. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and file periodic returns. - Manage banking operations such as account reconciliations, fund transfers, and cash flow management. - Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and budgets for management review. - Implement and monitor internal controls to protect company assets. - Support management in cost control, financial planning, and strategy. - Lead, mentor, and guide junior accountants in the team. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities/companies. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance. - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Your attention to detail, integrity, deadline orientation, strategic financial thinking, and team collaboration will be essential for success in this role.,
