Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Work on multiple mandates across domains and positions
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates effectively
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering and updates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What were looking for:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience from consultancy background
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
