Assistant Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at Enorme Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic startup specializing in the manufacture of nutraceutical medicine, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with various statutory requirements such as GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and more. Your role will involve managing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, coordinating regulatory reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your key responsibilities will include managing accounting operations, preparing monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining party ledgers, preparing balance sheets, analyzing financial statements, and handling sales and purchase bills. Additionally, you will assist in developing business processes, documentation of accounting policies, and other duties assigned by the management team. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA in Finance or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting position. You must possess in-depth knowledge of GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software, general ledger functions, and excellent attention to detail are essential. Preferred skills include familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
