Assistant Accountant

As an Intern Chartered Accountant (CA) at our reputed textile manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day financial and accounting operations. With 34 years of relevant experience in the textiles or manufacturing sector, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely compliance, supporting financial reporting processes, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include filing GST and TDS returns, handling daily accounting operations such as journal entries and ledger maintenance, performing bank reconciliations, assisting in Balance Sheet preparation, and supporting internal and statutory audits. Your hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and core accounting tasks will be invaluable as you collaborate with the senior finance team for month-end and year-end closings. To excel in this role, you must be a CA Intern who has completed Articleship and possesses a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Experience in the Textile/Manufacturing industry is highly preferred, along with proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems. Your skills in Bank Reconciliation, AR/AP, financial statements, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools will be essential in fulfilling the demands of this position.
