Assistant Account Executive

JYOTI RESINS AND ADHESIVES LTD. is a manufacturer of synthetic resin adhesives. The Company manufactures various types of Synthetic Wood Adhesives (White glue) under the brand name of EURO Adhesives.

Responsibilities :

Record daily transactions including sales, purchase, inventory, and ledger entries in Tally Prime

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and file GST returns, generate E-way bills, E-Invoice and ensure timely compliance

Assist in the preparation and matching of Trial Balance and reconciliations

Monitor and manage inventory reports, stock ledgers, and purchase registers

Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing

Handle basic mathematical calculations related to billing, tax, and accounts & Product Scheme Kg Counting.

Skills :

Proficiency in Tally Prime

Basic knowledge in mathematics and accounting fundamentals

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Good Communication & Coordination Skill

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

1 - 3 years of experience in accounting

Internship or training in Tally Prime will be an advantage
