Assistant Account Executive

As an Assistant Accounting Executive at Stemmons Business Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Vadodara (Onsite), you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall financial operations. Your responsibilities will include updating accounting records using QuickBooks, preparing financial statements, performing bank and ledger reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with the finance team, and assisting with internal audits and compliance requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience working with QuickBooks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Being a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor would be advantageous. Key skills required for this position include QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
