Assistant Account Executive

We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Executive for our e-commerce business. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting work, including GST returns, sales & purchase entries in TALLY, bank reconciliation, and TDS deduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and purchase invoice entry in TALLY
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Bank statement entry and reconciliation
• Knowledge of TDS deduction, entries, and compliance
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• E-commerce sales reconciliation (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of TALLY (mandatory)

Preferred Candidate:

• Residing near Mira Road / Bhayander
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to work independently on a part-time basis
