Position Overview

The Assistant Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing the Amazon & Flipkart Panels independently, Should have hands on experience on the below resposibilites

• Create and optimize

  product listings

  with accurate titles, bullet points, keywords, and images.
• Track and improve

  conversion rates

  , click-through rates (CTR), and overall sales performance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor

  sponsored ad campaigns (PPC)

  to achieve best ROI.
• Monitor

  account health

  , resolve issues like policy violations or negative feedback.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for

• Keep track of

  competitor listings, pricing, and offers

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Marketing
• Strong understanding of

  marketplace algorithms

• Proficiency in

  Excel / Google Sheets

  for reporting and analytics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and drive actionable insights.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
