Candidate should develop the circuit schematics using Altium,PADs, KiCad Candidate should develop circuits using microcontrollers, Protocols (I2C, SPI, RS485, USB, CAN, Modbus), and various interfaces (LCD, Keypad, Sensors, Memory chips, RTC, Motors, IOT), power supply modules, CTs/PTs Candidate should draft PCBs (2 or multilayer) using Altium, PADs, or KiCad Candidate should prepare BOM, plan material for proto and arrange it Candidate should participate in building prototype (soldering ,wiring, assembly), validate it, find the issues and fix it Candidate should maintain hardware versions and its release records Candidate should learn the developed circuits and do needed changes in it Candidate should do needed product and project documentation Candidate should participate in doing product validation and its certification Candidate should lead junior engineers, and do task planning Candidate should track the jobs and report work status to reporting person Candidate should learn and adapt needed skills and keep development environment (multi-meter, Oscilloscope, soldering stations, tool kit, programming tools etc.) up to date and calibrated.
