Asset Management: Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize the value and performance of 18,000 assets. Conduct regular asset performance analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 asset management professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Provide training and development opportunities to team members. 3. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the maintenance, capital improvements, and lifecycle management of assets. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless asset management operations. 4. Client and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about asset performance and management strategies. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to asset management. 5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Develop and implement risk management plans and procedures. Ensure the security and protection of assets.
