Should have sound experience on O365 mail management ID creation , deletion and modification Distribution list creation Sharepoint Knowledge to create the sites User Support: Handling user inquiries and issues related to Office 365 services. Providing first-level troubleshooting and resolution for common problems. Resetting passwords, managing user accounts, and assigning licenses. Assisting with basic email, calendar, and collaboration issues. Technical Support: Monitoring the health and performance of Office 365 services. Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues. Working with other IT teams to escalate complex issues. Knowledge Base: Staying up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features and updates. Contributing to the knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues. Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management. Develop and implement risk management plans and procedures.
