Asset Management Specialist

The Executive - Asset Maintenance role at Rollick involves supporting the provision, maintenance, documentation, and management of ice cream freezers used by retail stores for display and storage. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the sales team to ensure freezers are available at retail outlets as needed, assisting in maintenance scheduling, addressing minor technical issues, and ensuring that assets are effectively deployed and operational. You will collaborate with the sales team to understand freezer needs at retail locations, update the inventory of freezers in stores, ensure proper documentation of freezer placement, and coordinate with external service providers for scheduled maintenance visits. Additionally, you will assist in managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses associated with routine maintenance and minor repairs, and identifying cost-saving measures. Moreover, you will follow all safety guidelines during maintenance activities, maintain detailed records of all assets, provide regular reports on asset conditions, usage of spare parts, performance, breakdown frequency, and corrective actions taken. You will also assist in the collection, analysis, and tracking of data & prepare reports to support decision-making and support the tracking of asset budgets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a relevant understanding of cooling & refrigeration systems and 4-8 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Technical competencies required for this role include proficiency in Asset Management & Tracking Systems, Excel, Preventive Maintenance Planning, Inventory Control & Spare Parts Management, Vendor Management, and Negotiation, and Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards. Behavioral competencies include attention to detail, problem-solving ability, time management, collaboration, and adaptability. Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for this role include Response Time for Repairs, Addressing and resolving freezer breakdowns within Turnaround Time (TAT), Spare Parts Inventory management, adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules, and Annual Maintenance Report (AMC).
