Qualifications-

• Bachelors or Masters in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• 58 years of asset and helpdesk management experience, including leadership role.

• Certifications preferred: ITIL, IAITAM, CSAM.

• Strong skills in asset management tools, analytics, and stakeholder communication. Preferred

Skills

1. Experience managing both physical and digital assets.

2. Knowledge of financial modelling and lifecycle cost analysis.

3. Familiarity with sustainability practices in asset management.

Personal Traits:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Highly self-motivated and directed.

3. Keen attention to detail.

4. Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

5. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
