Job Summary:

We are looking for an Asset Coordinator (L1) to manage and maintain IT assets
The role involves updating asset records, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment, and supporting procurement, deployment, and disposal of assets
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the asset inventory system (hardware, software, licenses, peripherals)
Track asset movement (issue, return, transfer, repair, disposal)
Ensure tagging and labeling of all assets
Coordinate with IT support team for asset allocation and retrieval
Assist in procurement by raising requests and maintaining vendor records
Prepare asset reports for audits and compliance
Ensure adherence to asset management policies
Support stock reconciliation and conduct periodic audits

Required Skills:

Knowledge of IT hardware/software and basic troubleshooting
Proficiency in MS Excel / Asset Management Tools
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
