Job Description

Publisher onboarding and Effective License Position (ELP) creation in Flexera tool for all publishers.
Review compliance position for onboarded publishers and take action to ensure compliance.
Review license contracts and maintenance agreements; respond to compliance audits.
Manage inventory alerts in Flexera and prepare reports to demonstrate inventory accuracy.
Manage license true-up and reconciliation processes.
Manage unlicensed, unmanaged, and unauthorized installations.
Manage integrations (VMware, ITAM, SaaS API).
Manage issues related to Flexera beacon servers and agent deployments.
