ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT MANAGER

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Assembly, you will assist the manager in overseeing and managing assembly operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Your role will involve leading and supporting assembly technicians, developing and implementing processes, and monitoring production schedules to meet targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Production Oversight: Monitor assembly operations, production schedules, and optimize processes for efficiency and quality. - Team Leadership: Lead and manage assembly technicians by providing training, support, and performance feedback. - Process Development: Develop and implement assembly processes, procedures, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and quality. - Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. - Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present reports on assembly operations, performance, and compliance. - Collaboration: Work closely with production planning, supply chain, and other teams for smooth operations. - Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management to ensure material and component availability. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
