As an Assistant Manager - Assembly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager in overseeing and managing assembly operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Production Oversight:** You will be responsible for overseeing assembly operations, monitoring production schedules, ensuring timely production, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality. - **Team Leadership:** Leading and managing assembly technicians will be a key aspect of your role.
