As an Assistant Manager - Assembly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager in overseeing and managing assembly operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Production Oversight:** You will be responsible for overseeing assembly operations, monitoring production schedules, ensuring timely production, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality. - **Team Leadership:** Leading and managing assembly technicians will be a key aspect of your role. This will involve providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team operates effectively. - **Process Development:** You will play a vital role in developing and implementing assembly processes, procedures, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and quality in operations. - **Quality Control:** Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards will be essential to maintain high standards. - **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on assembly operations, performance, and compliance to keep all stakeholders informed. - **Collaboration:** Collaborate with production planning, supply chain, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments. - **Inventory Management:** Assist in inventory management to ensure the availability of materials and components for seamless production. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in assembly operations. - **Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Experience in assembly operations or manufacturing. - Knowledge of assembly processes and procedures. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to train and mentor team members effectively. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with quality control and safety standards. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing) is often preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance bonuses based on your contributions. The required experience for this role includes: - 3 years as an Assembly Assistant Manager - 3 years as an Assembly Manager - 3 years in the Automobile & Heavy Machinery industry. Your work location will be in person, requiring your presence on-site for effective coordination and management.,
