Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and procure electronic components, mechanical parts, and consumables as per production requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier performance, and finalize purchase orders.
Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve any supply-related issues.
Coordinate with the store, planning, and production teams for inventory management.
Ensure procurement complies with cost, quality, and delivery parameters.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
Monitor market trends and new products in the electronics component industry.
Support vendor development initiatives and cost-reduction projects.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of electronic components (PCB, resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.)
Good negotiation and communication skills
Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or any ERP)
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Understanding of import/export procedures (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing company
Should be able to handle multiple vendors and manage procurement independently
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
