Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong generalist background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions and statutory compliance, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist Role Handle day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESIC, etc.). Factory Act & Audits – Knowledge of Factory Act, labor welfare, and safety provisions. ISO Documentation & HR Audit Readiness Payroll & Attendance Management – Oversee attendance systems, leave records, and monthly payroll. Performance Management – Assist in goal setting, KRAs, appraisals, and performance review processes. Employee Engagement – Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement programs. Grievance Handling – Support employees and address grievances in a timely and professional manner. Manager Purchase with experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and procure electronic components, mechanical parts, and consumables as per production requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with reliable local and international suppliers. Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier performance, and finalize purchase orders. Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve any supply-related issues. Coordinate with the store, planning, and production teams for inventory management. Ensure procurement complies with cost, quality, and delivery parameters. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Monitor market trends and new products in the electronics component industry. Support vendor development initiatives and cost-reduction projects. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of electronic components (PCB, resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.) Good negotiation and communication skills Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or any ERP) Strong follow-up and coordination ability Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Understanding of import/export procedures (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing company Should be able to handle multiple vendors and manage procurement independently Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
