Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve customer queries effectively via voice-based support.
Handle customer interactions across Telecommunication, Email, and Chat channels, ensuring first contact resolution.
Clarify and confirm customer requirements, addressing their issues accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers courteously and maintain a professional tone throughout the interaction.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Ensure customer understanding of the solution and offer additional education or guidance as required.
Maintain accurate documentation by preparing and updating customer files promptly.
Strive to deliver a positive customer experience and contribute to overall service excellence.

Required Candidate Profile:

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates from the travel domain with good communication skills will be preferred.
Experienced candidates in customer support within the travel industry are highly desirable.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Note: No night shifts for female employees).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
