You will need to have knowledge of world maps and geography, along with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to your work. In this role, you should be prepared to work in a 24*7 rotational shift environment and be ready to join the team as soon as possible. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be providing top-notch customer service and resolving customer queries over voice-based phone services. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers through various channels such as Telecommunication, E-mail, and Chat, ensuring first contact resolution and meeting customer requirements.
