As an ASP.Net Web Developer based in Noida and Gurugram, you will be responsible for developing travel/eCommerce web application components and interfaces using the latest web technologies such as ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core C, C#, JavaScript, and Angular JavaScript. You should demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to delivering high-quality work and be adaptable to a 24*7 rotational shift working environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer queries effectively over voice-based phone service. Supporting customers through various channels including Telecommunication, E-mail, and Chat to meet their requirements with a focus on first contact resolution is a key aspect of this role. Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and ensuring customer satisfaction are essential responsibilities. Greeting customers professionally and with courtesy, following established procedures, actively listening to customer needs and concerns, showing empathy in interactions, ensuring customer comprehension of solutions, and offering additional education when necessary are all part of the job scope.
