Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of ASM / Sr ASM / Location Head at Avanse Financial Services Ltd.,for Bengaluru, Chennai & Hyderabad. The role involves managing and driving business operations, developing strategic plans, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the performance of the team. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development B2B & B2C), and Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Territory Management
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Skills
• Understanding of Financial Products and Services in the Education Sector
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Relevant 2-5 years of experience in the NBFC or education financial services industry is must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
